Community-Based Learning

I was invited, recently, to appear on a local TV interview show, The Legacy Marker with Eugene Hough. The Legacy Marker Program is a program designed to restore and preserve historical markers while also gathering historical data to build a local history. What better way to do this than to engage local high school students in this endeavor?

I worked with Eugene Hough last spring on Harriton High School’s senior project and day of service. Both were a great success. This interview, which appears on Radnor Studio 21, will give you a great background on this brainchild of Eugene Hough. I hope you enjoy it. It was certainly a lot of fun to do.
